Dr. Scott Ambruster is from DeSoto, Kansas. He earned his medical degree in 2004 from the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, Texas (UTHSCSA). He finished his internship in Internal Medicine in 2005 at UTHSCSA and completed his residency 2009 at Integris Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He followed his residency with a fellowship at the University of Southern California in 2010.

Abruster's clinical interests are in all facets of interventional radiology.

In his free time Ambruster enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, being in the great outdoors, running and swimming and cooking.
