Psoriasis - Have you tried Enbrel® for your psoriasis but it didn't work?	Have plaque psoriasis Have taken Enbrel® (etanercept) for at least 4 months and are willing to stop its use Are 18 to 75 years old	Participation will last about 7 to 8 months and requires at least 10 visits to OHSU. The study uses a FDA-approved treatment for psoriasis and is given by infusion. Dr. Andrew Blauvelt, Professor of Dermatology	3912
Psoriasis	Chronic plaque type psoriasis Males or post-menopausal females, or females who have undergone procedures to not have children Between the ages of 18 & 64 yrs old	Participation will last 26-weeks and will require 12 or more clinic visits. Psoriasis - Do you have chronic plaque psoriasis?	Age 18 and older Have had chronic plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months	Participation will last for 4 weeks. The study drug or placebo is in a gel form and will be applied to your skin. Dr. Andrew Blauvelt, Professor of Dermatology	4499
Eczema - Do you have severe hand eczema?	Between 18 and 75 years old Have severe hand eczema that has not responded to treatment in the past.	Participation will last 24 weeks. Dr. Jon Hanifin, Professor of Dermatology	5026
Eczema - Currently 30 million people with eczema may not be eligible for vaccination if there were a smallpox outbreak.	Have atopic dermatitis (AD/eczema) Between 27 - 43 years old Were born and are residing in the U.S.	Participation will last 6 months and will require 9 visits to OHSU. This study uses an FDA-approved yellow fever vaccine (Yf-VAX®) in place of smallpox vaccine to find indicators in blood and/or skin. Dr. Jon Hanifin, Professor of Dermatology	4182
Eczema - Do you have eczema? Has topical treatment not been successful?	Age 12 and older Moderate to severe atopic dermatitis "eczema" unresponsive to mid-potent or weaker topical steroids	The study involves short-term use of a very potent steroid cream that has been approved by the FDA for treatment of skin diseases.
