| Eczema - Currently 30 million people with eczema may not be eligible for vaccination if there were a smallpox outbreak. |

Participation will last 6 months and will require 9 visits to OHSU. This study uses an FDA-approved yellow fever vaccine (Yf-VAX®) in place of smallpox vaccine to find indicators in blood and/or skin.
