There isn't one perfect treatment for leg veins. Depending on the size, the treatment may vary. For most non-varicose veins, sclerotherapy (injection) is the treatment of choice. Vascular laser can be a valuable addition to the sclerotherapy, especially for the smaller spider veins. Typically three treatment sessions are needed.
