Clinical trial opportunities
A clinical trial (also clinical research) is a research study in human volunteers to answer specific health questions. Carefully conducted clinical trials are the fastest and safest way to find treatments that work in people and ways to improve health.

Clinical Research Unit
The Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) Department of Dermatology Clinical Research Unit provides a 30-year tradition of expertise in investigator initiated and pharmaceutical directed clinical research. In addition ot its rich history of achievement, our clinical trial unit maintains ethical standards needed to assure success for sponsors and patients.

The OHSU Department of Dermatology offers many different clinical trials throughout the year. Most trials have a limited number of spots or time allowed to enroll patients.
