Overview
Neil Swanson, M.D. is the chair of the Department of Dermatology at
Oregon Health & Science University, President of the OHSU Medical Group, Associate
Dean for Clinical Affairs for the OHSU School of Medicine, and Professor of Dermatology,
Otolaryngology and Surgery at OHSU. Before coming to Oregon Health & Science
University to serve as director of Dermatologic Surgery in 1989, he was the director
of the surgical unit and Multidisciplinary Melanoma Program at the University
of Michigan. Dr. Swanson is an international lecturer and author regarding the detection and treatment of skin cancer, as well as cosmetic surgery procedures, such as laser surgery, dermabrasion, chemical peel, collagen injections, Botox and liposuction.
