Dr. Parker was a professor in dermatology and medicine at the University of Washington until 20 years ago when he came to Oregon Health & Science University to be chairman of the Dermatology Department. He served in this capacity until eight years ago.
Dr. Parker cares for patients with general dermatologic hair, nail and mucous membrane problems, and he has special interests in pediatric dermatology patients and those with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
Dr. Parker has published numerous peer-reviewed articles on skin diseases and treatment, including the dermatology section in Cecil's Textbook of Medicine. He has served on numerous regional and national dermatology committees, editorial boards, and has directed several national courses on skin disease.

Overview
Frank Parker, M.D. received his medical
degree from the University of Washington Medical School (Seattle,
Washington), where he received specialty training in medicine, endocrinology
and dermatology. He previously had two years in residence training
in internal medicine at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York
City. He has boards in internal medicine and dermatology.
