A new publication is available on OSHA's website and through its publication office designed to assist small business owners in not only meeting occupational safety and health requirements, but also to educate them on establishing successful safety and health programs. The Small Business Handbook includes topics such as "A Four-Point Workplace Program"; "Starting a Safety and Health Management System"; self-inspection checklists on a varied group of issues within general industry; plus a wealth of resources to aid the small business employer.
