After you click the Upload button within the Upload HTML Content dialog, CommonSpot copies the file selected in that dialog to your CommonSpot site. While it is uploading your document, it displays its Cleaning HTML dialog.
"Cleaning" means that CommonSpot is altering text within this HTML file using the rules set in the HTML Clean-up tab within the Rich Text Editor Properties dialog. Information on these settings and other uploading actions is described in the CommonSpot Administrator's Reference.
If errors occur while CommonSpot is cleaning the file, it displays information about these errors here.
