Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Program at Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
We are now accepting applications for the year beginning July 1, 2008.

TO APPLY, submit the following:
- Two completed and signed application forms
- Letter from your current training director
- Transcript of general psychiatry training
- Two letters of recommendation
- Transcript of medical training
and dean's letter
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal Statement
- Match Number
To be considered for a child psychiatry fellowship, applicants should
have completed their general psychiatry training requirements, and
should be ready to begin their child and adolescent psychiatry training
on July 1, 2008.
No applications will be accepted after November 15, 2007.
All interviews must be completed by November 30, 2007.
The OHSU Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry participates in
the National
Resident Matching Program.
All applicants must be registered with the
NRMP
in order to be considered.
