May and June are the best months to find housing near OHSU. Within walking distance from the campus are numerous apartments and houses for rent. Rates vary but can be roughly estimated at:
1 bedroom apartment $540-650
2 bedroom apartment $650-900
1-3 bedroom house $800-1200
In addition to housing on campus, there are many opportunities to rent a place in the Portland Metro area. Housing off campus tends to be less expensive (although one must take into account transportation or parking, see below) and offers more variety in style of home.

Public transportation is available to OHSU. Portland's public transportation company, TriMet and OHSU have worked hard to provide quick, economical, and friendly service to the hill.
