Brian Rogers, MD
Director, Child Development and Rehabilitation Center

Dr. Rogers was formerly the Division Chief of Developmental Pediatrics and Rehabilitation, State University of New York at Buffalo and the Medical Director of the Robert Warner Rehabilitation Center, Children's Hospital of Buffalo. He received his medical degree from Loyola University's Stritch School of Medicine in Mayfield, IL. and performed post-doctoral studies and a clinical fellowship in developmental pediatrics at John F Kennedy Institute for Handicapped Children, Johns Hopkins Hospital, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Don Lollar, EdD

Dr. Donald Lollar is the Director of the Oregon Health & Science University's (OHSU) University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) and the Associate Director of Academic Affairs at the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center. Previous to his position with OHSU, Dr. Lollar was a Senior Research Scientist at the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (NCBDDD) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia.  

Dr. Lollar received his graduate degrees (MS and EdD) in Rehabilitation Counseling at Indiana University. He served in a variety of leadership positions at the CDC including directing the Office on Disability and Health and the Office of Extramural Research. He is a nationally recognized expert in the areas of disability and health-- particularly in the prevention of secondary conditions and health promotion, and the development and implementation of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). He was a practicing psychologist for 25 years in states of Maine, Kentucky, and Georgia before being recruited to the CDC. 

His accomplishments have been acknowledged by the American Academy of Pediatrics (Distinguished Service Citation), and the American Public Health Association (Outstanding Leadership Award). In addition, Dr. Lollar has published extensively in the areas of child disability, public health and disability, and measurement of disability.
