OHSU’s popular science writing class, the Vollum Writing Program, is now enrolling for its summer session, which is geared toward graduate students working on their qualifying exams. The Primate Center Molecular Core has purchased an Applied Biosystems OpenArray system that performs high throughput genotyping and qPCR. This system is optimal for when you have hundreds and thousands of samples on which you want to perform from 24 to 1000 qPCR or genotyping reactions on each sample.
