Reminder: NIH requires RPPR for SNAP and fellowship progress reports due May 2013 and beyond

Please be aware that use of the eRA Research Performance Progress Report module becomes mandatory for Streamlined Noncompeting Award Process (SNAP) and fellowship progress reports for awards with start dates on or after July 1, 2013. That means RPPR use is required for SNAP progress reports due May 15 and fellowship progress reports due May 1. Noncompliance will delay awards and may adversely affect future funding. Just a friendly reminder that if you plan to submit a grant to a foundation or corporation on the OHSU President’s List, you are required to submit a Notice of Intent Form to the OHSU Foundation. The purpose of the President’s List is to ensure that OHSU maintains coordinated communication with these organizations. Reminder: ePPQ becomes mandatory for grant submissions on Jan. 1, 2013

This is a friendly reminder that as of January 1, 2013, all proposals submitted through Research Grants and Contracts will require submission of an Electronic Proposed Project Questionnaire (ePPQ) in InfoEd. Since Research Grants and Contracts began piloting the ePPQ in July, feedback from investigators and administrators has been overwhelmingly positive.
