New electron microscopes; project consultation and training available

On July 1, OHSU received three state-of-the-art electron microscopes as part of the Living Laboratory collaboration between the OHSU Center for Spatial Systems Biology (OCSSB) and the world leader in electron microscopy systems, FEI. DNA Services Core May Template Quality Challenge winner

Each month, the DNA Services Core Facility analyzes the DNA sequencing metadata (read length, quality scores, etc) and gives a $54 worth of sequencing credit to the “winner” of the Template Quality Challenge. In May, DNA Services sequenced ~2500 DNA samples, large and small.
