Research Week Wednesday: Three Minute Thesis; Jim Austin; and more

Wednesday at noon, Jim Austin, Ph.D., editor of Science Careers, will lead a thought-provoking conversation about the process of becoming a researcher. Then at 4 p.m., watch graduate students attempt to distill their dissertation into a three-minute talk during OHSU’s 2nd Annual Three Minute Thesis Competition. Finalists will compete in the statewide competition on Saturday, May 17 at Portland State University.
