OHSU Cardiovascular Research T32 recruiting; applications due April 30

Looking for a postdoc position in cardiovascular research? Know someone who is? The NIH-sponsored Training Program for Translational Science and Cardiovascular Research at OHSU program that is currently recruiting. The deadline is April 30, 2014 – so start working on those applications!

The training program is open to both physician-scientists and basic scientists (MD, DO, or Ph.D.) Six trainees will be accepted for a two-year research experience in one of three general categories: diabetes/obesity; developmental programming; or regulatory processes. The aim of the program is to provide laboratory research training and mentoring that will establish the basis for a successful career as an independent investigator in an academic institution. Minority students are particularly encouraged to apply.
