NIH Public Access Policy resources

The OHSU Library has created a guide for helping OHSU investigators and administrators manage compliance with the NIH Public Access Policy. The site includes:

  • Step-by-step guidance on how to comply when submitting a new publication, as well as how to demonstrate compliance after publication.
  • Frequently asked questions about the NIH Public Access Policy from OHSU investigators.
  • Specific instructions on how to comply when working with Elsevier, Nature, Lipincott Williams & Wilkins, and Springer.

Visit the NIH Public Access Policy Guide.

Contact the OHSU Library if you have additional questions on the NIH Public Access Policy not addressed by this guide.

Plus, ever wonder how My NCBI, eRA Commons, NIHMS, and the NIH Public Access Policy are all connected? Check out this great illustration by the Washington University Beckman Medical Library Scholarly Communications team.
