The 2013 Vollum Career Development Workshops series continues with our next installment centered on how to bring your work, your goals, and your character together to form the strongest job application possible. The workshop, led by Richard Goodman, M.D., Ph.D., director of the Vollum Institute and professor of Cell and Developmental Biology and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, will focus on key elements in application letters, how to create a more effective CV, interviewing tips, and more. Workshop starts at 4 pm on Tuesday, February 26 in the Vollum auditorium, room M1441.
This event, which is part of the Vollum Career Development Series, is geared toward postdocs and grad students, but anyone is welcome. We highly encourage you to attend this event in person–we are not recording these–but we will arrange for live streaming if you are on West Campus or are otherwise unable to attend in person. If you are interested in viewing as a live stream, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
