Linguistic and Cultural Advancement Class for Non-Native English Speakers
Are you a non-native English speaker interested in improving your English skills and receiving coaching on handling cross-cultural interactions in the workplace? If so, you’re invited to attend four sessions of “Linguistic Advancement for Non-Native English Speakers.”
Classes will provide a supportive environment to improve your language structure, pragmatic skills and conversational confidence. This is meant to be a fun and interactive series with lots of opportunities for you to ask questions about language and culture.
Classes are at no cost to participants.
Class Dates: Thursdays; February, 21, 28 & March 7, 14, 2013
Class Time: 9-11 a.m.
Location: School of Nursing room 122 (Feb. 28 class in Kohler Pavilion room 14000D)
