  • PhD Graduate Research ScholarsDue to fundraising efforts by the OHSU Foundation and support of OHSU President Joe Robertson and Executive Leadership Team, the School of Medicine Graduate Studies office will be awarding three scholarships to PhD students to cover stipends for one year each. Scholars must have passed their qualifying exam. Scholars will be identified primarily on the basis of their research scholarship, publications and abstracts, but student engagement in outreach and other volunteer opportunities will also be considered. Awardees are expected to participate in some OHSU Foundation fundraising activities for Graduate Studies during the course of the year. Although a stipend is covered, fees and tuition are still the responsibility of the graduate student mentor.
