Having trouble receiving research integrity listserv emails?
Several people have let the Research Integrity Office know that our listserv messages are going directly to their junk mail. OHSU’s junk mail system can mistakenly filter out addresses even from those we have accepted mail from in the past. The best way to prevent this from happening is to add the listserv email address to your “safe sender” list. Here’s how to do it in Outlook:
Open Outlook and go to Tools> Options>Preferences. Click on the Junk Email button and then on the Safe Senders tab. This is what you should see:

All you need to do is click on Add to enter the listserv email address and then click Apply. Take a minute to add the addresses of all the listservs you want to receive emails from so you never miss an important message.
If you have any questions or need any assistance with this process, please contact Amy Elliot in the Research Integrity Office.
