NIH director talks about NCATS and the budget crunch
While attending the BIO International conference in Washington DC on June 28, NIH Director Francis Collins took a moment to speak with Bloomberg about the proposed National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), which he believes will help get innovative treatments to patients faster.
