Didn’t win an iPad? eagle-i still a great research resource
The OHSU eagle-i Consortium recently launched their web-based discovery network which links scientists to more than 42,000 research resources across the country. The OHSU eagle-i team would like to thank all of the participants who used the search engine and then completed a brief survey. The team is pleased to announce the winners of the drawing: Aletha Lesch, Barbara Smoody, Esther Moe, Weike Mo and Michael Hutchens have all won an iPad2. Congratulations! (The editors of Research News are a little jealous.)
The search engine is available to all faculty, students and staff at OHSU. The database contains information on thousands of resources available at nine partner institutions – you can search the database to find plasmids, laboratory services, animal models and specialized equipment. To check it out, e-mail rnavs@ohsu.edu to receive a username and password. If you would like more information, please contact Jackie Wirz or Nicole Vasilevsky.
