PAIN Day to feature Brain Awareness speaker Howard Fields MD, PhD, Feb 22
If you miss Howard Fields, MD, PhD, give his Brain Awareness Lecture on “Pain and the Brain” at the Newmark Theater, be sure to catch him for free on Tuesday, February 22 as part of the inaugural OHSU Pain Awareness and Investigation Network event. The event, which will take place from 12:15 to 5 p.m. in the School of Nursing Founders Auditorium, will also include a presentation by Melanie Thernstrom (author of The Pain Chronicles) as well as panel discussions and a poster session.
