NIH Grants Policy Statement updated
Earlier this month, the NIH issued a revised version of its Grants Policy Statement (NOT-OD-11-003). The revised statement applies to all grants with budget periods beginning on or after October 1, 2010; the December 2003 version of the policy statement will continue to apply to NIH grants with budget periods that began between December 1, 2003 and September 30, 2010.
Many of these changes, including policy clarifications and terminology changes are things you already know about. For your convenience, the NIH has provided a list that summarizes all significant changes made to the policy statement.
