Funding Focus: NIH Peer Review – An Update from the Field (Wed., July 14, 2010)

Mark your calendars: July’s Funding Focus will take place at a special date and time: Wednesday, July 14, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. For this month’s workshop, we’ve invited OHSU faculty to be part of a forum discussion called NIH Peer Review – An Update from the Field. The forum will be open to all faculty, researchers, students, and research administrators at OHSU.

We’ve spent months trying to anticipate the effects of the NIH format change in January, and we’re sure you have, too. Come listen to a field report from  OHSU faculty who have participated in recent NIH study sections. You’ll have a chance to learn firsthand about the emerging consensus from reviewers and how to improve your NIH grant proposals. Plus, if you missed the NIH Regional Seminar last week, hear a recap from OHSU staff about the latest news in peer review.

What: Special Forum: NIH Peer Review – An Update from the Field
When:
Wednesday, July 14, 2010
Time:
1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
