Damon Runyon Cancer Research Fellowships
If you’re a postdoc who is interested exploring new directions in cancer research, check out the Damon Runyon Cancer Foundation’s Research Fellowship Award. This competitive Fellowship program offers $50,000 per year for the study of cancer causes, mechanisms, therapies and prevention. Recipients of this fellowship will also attend an annual retreat where they can interact with with peers and network with senior scientists.
Please note: Applications require the support of a tenured or tenure-track sponsor who is capable of being a mentor. To be eligible, candidates must have an MD, PhD, MD/PhD, DDS, or DVM. Applications for this opportunity are due August 16, 2010.
