Improve your grant – sign up for the Specific Aims Workshop (April 16th)
Thursday, April 16th from 1:00pm – 5:00pm in BRB 403
Sign up now for a spot in the Specific Aims Workshop and get help from your peers on how to clearly articulate your research goals and get interdisciplinary feedback on your specific aims. This workshop is perfect for you if you are preparing to submit your grant in the next month or two or if you have received comments back on your grant and want to revise your aims so they are clearer. The goal of this workshop is to help you develop and write the specific aims section.
We don’t charge a fee, but the session is limited to 5 participants. Spots fill up quickly. To register, you must send in a rough draft copy of your aims 1 week prior to the workshop as part of your “entry fee” (we will send you a reminder). This is a firm deadline and a prerequisite for the workshop. The aims do not need to be polished but they do need to be in document form.
Email funding@ohsu.edu to register and include your name, department, contact information, proposed research area, and funding mechanism (R01, K23, etc.).
If you can’t make this session, we offer these workshops every other month. The next session will be announced shortly.
