  • Affymetrix Microarray Core (AMC)
The Affymetrix Microarray Core (AMC) facility provides RNA expression profiling services using Affymetrix GeneChip® oligonucleotide arrays. Two service components are available.
  • ExPASy Molecular Biology Server
The ExPASy (Expert Protein Analysis System) proteomics server of the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB) is dedicated to the analysis of protein sequences and structures.
  • ExPASy Molecular Biology Server
The ExPASy (Expert Protein Analysis System) proteomics server of the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB) is dedicated to the analysis of protein sequences and structures as well as 2-D PAGE.
  • GeneSifter.net Login
GeneSifter.Net™ integrates data management, analytic functions and current information of biological significance in a convenient Web-based system.
  • GRASP
GRASP is a molecular visualization and analysis program. It is particularly useful for the display and manipulation of the surfaces of molecules and their electrostatic properties.
  • pharmacogenetics.ucsf.edu Bioinformatics Tools
The UCSF Pharmacogenetics of Membrane Transporters (PMT) Project is part of the Pharmacogenetics Research Network and Knowledgebase. It maintains a series of very useful web-based bioinformatic tools - including Modeller and Moulder.
  • PredictProtein
PredictProtein is a service for sequence analysis, and structure prediction.
  • Protein Data Bank
The single worldwide repository for the processing and distribution of 3-D biological macromolecular structure data.
  • PubCrawler Search Results for Lutsenko Laboratory
PubCrawler searches the NCBI PubMed (Medline) and Entrez (GenBank) databases every Monday using search parameters (keywords, author names, etc.) specified by the user.
