The purpose of this project is to investigate immune markers (pro-inflammatory cytokines) and glucocorticoid functioning in the pathophysiology of microvascular disease. The study also examines the relationship of pain, function, psychological variables (depressive symptoms, stress, anxiety) and symptom severity in these women.
