How to apply

Thank you for your interest in the Oregon Scholars Program. Applications are accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). You may also fill out an application by clicking on one of the links below. Please submit a completed application, a copy of your CV, the dean's letter from your medical school, letter of recommendation from your current program director, letters of recommendation from at least two additional physicians, office of medical school transcript, a copy of all USMLE board score results, a personal statement, and a recent photo. Please also include an ECFMG certificate if you are an International Medical Graduate.

If you have any questions about ERAS, please contact the dean's office at your school of medicine. Applications will be considered complete when they include the CAF (common application form), the dean's letter from medical school, letter of recommendation from at least two additional physicians, medical school grade transcript, a copy of all USMLE board score results, and a personal statement.  A recent photo is also helpful to us.
