Populations with Genotype/Biomarker Information

In conjunction with the OADC Data Management Core, we collect and store tissue samples, family history and genotype data on various populations including (but not limited to) the following:
Subjects recruited from the OADC clinic (IRB #2217-C)
The Oregon Brain Aging Study (OBAS, IRB #2560)
Community Brain Donor Program (CBDP, IRB #4455)

Late Onset Familial Alzheimer Disease Kindreds (IRB #7022)

Family History and Related Clinical Data
Tissue Samples:

Genomic DNA
Lymphoblast Cell Lines
Plasma
Genotypes/Biomarkers:

Apolipoprotein E (APOE)
CYP46*
MTHFR*
HLA-A2 phenotype *
Tau mutation*
* These markers are available only on a limited subset of subjects.

To start a request for Biomarker data or Tissue samples:
1.
Review the OADC Data Use and Disclosure Policy and Authorship Policy.
2.
Print and fill out the Biomarker Data Request Form or the Tissue Sample Request Form completely, including your contact information.
3.
Sign the bottom of the request form signifying that you have read and agreed to comply with our Data Use and Disclosure and Authorship policies. Then mail or fax (503-494-7499) the signed data request form to Jessica Payne-Murphy.
