Dr. Meg Hayes is a family physician and our adoption medicine specialist who provides a complete range of medical and health services for you, and your family, before, during and after the many phases of the adoption process. She has traveled throughout China, Central Asia, Central and South America and is familiar with orphanage conditions in these areas. She has expertise international medicine and with diagnosing Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and substance abuse.

Mary Masterson is our program manager.  She is our primary contact person for our program and oversees all of our program's operations. She can notarize your doments on site. She is an adult Korean Adoptee (1959) and the mother of two adopted daughters from China (2002 and 2004).

Please email or telephone us prior to sending any materials so we can be prepared to expect your items and to make sure we are available when they arrive.  We will provide you with detailed information and instructions on what to do once you have contacted us.

Your materials can be hand-delivered, shipped, mailed, e-mailed and/or faxed to our office. Whichever method you choose to send your referral materials, it is always best to keep the information together.

We are located in the downtown area of Southwest Portland, Oregon on the Oregon Health & Science University Marquam Hill campus.  Our program is part of the OHSU Family Medicine Department which is located in Emma Jones Hall.
