The OHSU Orthopaedics Clinic is on the fourth floor of the Physicians' Pavilion on the OHSU campus in southwest Portland.

Public transportation to OHSU campus
OHSU is served by the TriMet No. 8 bus (Jackson Park) that leaves from downtown Portland on the SW Fifth Avenue Transit Mall. Buses run about every 15 minutes Monday through Saturday and about every 30 minutes in the evenings until 1:15 am and on Sunday.

Call Tri-Met at 503-238-RIDE during weekday office hours or visit the TriMet Web site for information and trip-planning help. You'll find a computerized trip planner on campus just outside the 9th floor lobby door of OHSU Hospital.

Driving to the lab from the north
  1. On I-5 going south, cross the Marquam Bridge and take the 6th Avenue exit.
  2. Turn left on SW College and left on SW Broadway.
  3. Stay in the middle lane and follow the road toward the Ross Island bridge until it dead-ends on Sheridan. Don't take the right lane to OHSU.
  4. Turn left on Sheridan and drive across Barbur Blvd. Our building is the first building on the right, just after the flashing red "slow 15 mph" sign.
  5. Turn right into the parking lot immediately past the building. Park on the left, behind the building, or behind the building next door.

Driving to the lab from Barbur Blvd., going north
Turn right onto SW Sheridan (the stoplight at the blue/green YMCA building). Our building is the first building on the right, just after the flashing red "slow 15 mph" sign. Turn right into the parking lot.

Driving to the lab from OHSU campus

  1. Follow SW Sam Jackson Park Road down the hill to the second light. The first light is SW Terwilliger; the second light is SW Sheridan.
  2. Turn right onto Sheridan, and drive across Barbur Blvd. Our building is the first building on the right, just after the flashing red "slow 15 mph" sign.
  3. Turn right into the parking lot immediately past the building. Park on the left, behind the building, or behind the building next door.

Driving to the lab from Route 26 going east (Sunset Highway toward downtown Portland)

  1. Take the Route 405 exit.
  2. Take the first exit off 405 (1C toward SW 6th Avenue). Stay in the middle lane.
  3. Follow the road toward the Ross Island bridge until it dead-ends on Sheridan. Don't take the right lane to OHSU.
  4. Turn left onto Sheridan and drive across Barbur Blvd. Our building is the first building on the right, just after the flashing red "slow 15 mph" sign. Turn right into the parking lot.
