Neuroradiology Fellowship

Application Information

The Diagnostic Neuroradiology Fellowship at OHSU is an ACGME accredited fellowship program. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible radiologists.

Candidates for Fellowship are selected through the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). You can get additional information about the match and registration from their website, www.nrmp.org

• curriculum vitae
• personal statement
• photo
• three letters of recommendation
• photocopy of the Dean's letter from your medical school or ECFMG certificate
• two completed and signed application forms
