• Biosketch:
  Dr. Ahmann`s special interests are in diabetes mellitus and the thyroid. He became board certified as a Diabetes Educator in 1980 and received his board certification in Internal Medicine in 1983 and Endocrinology and Metabolism in 1987. Dr. Ahmann received his medical degree in 1980 from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, and completed his residency at the Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Colorado. He completed his fellowship at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
