Student Carpool Fees & Locations / Rules and Policies for Student Carpools / Day Permits, Meters and Disabled Parking / Hang Tag Policy

OHSU currently has 2700 employee/student/faculty parking spaces and 1100 patient parking spaces. At any given time, we have more than 8000 employees and students on campus and are averaging a patient load of 2200 appointments per day. The City of Portland has placed a cap on the number of spaces available for parking on Marquam Hill as part of the city’s overall pollution control and traffic congestion reduction efforts. We are currently in a major master planning effort with the City of Portland to address future space needs for OHSU and, as part of this, are encouraging them to lift the moratorium they have placed on OHSU in order to add more parking spaces.
