To: All OHSU Zipcar University Partner Account Members

Beginning March 10th, Zipcar’s OHSU University Partner account will close until further notice. During this time, Zipcar and OHSU staff will work to establish a new OHSU car share program that works within Zipcar’s structure and meets OHSU’s goals. We will be working hard to have the new and improved services available as quickly as possible. When the new OHSU program is available, you will receive a notification.

Zipcar will honor OHSU’s University Partner account reservations until midnight, March 9th. If you have made reservations using Zipcar’s OHSU University Partner account on or after March 10th, please note that your reservations will not be honored.

To continue using Zipcar, you will need to use your existing personal account. If you do not have a personal account, you will need to create one. Zipcar’s personal account amenities include great rates and flexible reservation schedule. When you are ready, go to: https://www.zipcar.com/ and click Join Now!

If you will be using Zipcar for OHSU business purposes, you may be able to arrange reimbursement of the charges. You must establish this with your department in advance of incurring the expense.
